Sheri Lang, Instructor
Mrs. Sheri Lang holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business
Management. Her background includes more than fifteen years experience in front of the house hospitality
management operations in both New York State, and Caesars Palace Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Mrs.
Lang currently teaches a wide variety of classes including Interpersonal Communications, Politics, Nutrition,
and Kitchen Management.
