Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Las Vegas admits students who demonstrate a desire and commitment to become a professional chef and/or a leader in the food industry. Students are expected to show a high degree of motivation and ambition.
It is important that they understand the demands of this career: the physical, intellectual, and artistic requirements needed for success. A positive attitude, love of cooking, and energetic approach are viewed as additional requirements.

Upon applying, prospective students should contact the College for a priority appointment to visit the College and receive a tour of campus facilities.
All applicants are required to complete a personal interview with an admissions representative. Prospective students residing outside the area may request a telephone interview. Parents and/or spouses are encouraged to participate.
Applicants and their families will have an opportunity to see the College's equipment and facilities and ask questions relating to career objectives and the College's curriculum. Personal interviews also enable College administrators to determine whether an applicant is eligible for acceptance.
