Chanh Boupha, Chef Instructor
Specializing in ice sculpting, carving and floral designs, Chef Boupha brings thirty years of experience to his classroom. Having worked in many of the great Las Vegas hotels, including Mint Hotel, Lady Luck, The Sands, Desert Inn, The Riviera, Caesar’s Palace, Imperial Palace and Bally’s Chef Boupha strives to show students real world use of traditional techniques. He served as Chef Garde Manger supervising production for banquets, special events and buffet presentations. His artistry in decorative cold food, ice sculpting, display showpieces and floral design, combined with a high level of accomplishment in traditional technique and years of real world experience, combine to make him uniquely qualified as Chef Instructor in Garde Manger.
