Ernestina Redus, Chef Instructor
Chef Redus earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts at the Community College of Southern Nevada, where she also organized fund-raising events to raise money for the Hot Food Team and the Knowledge Bowl Team to travel to nationwide competitions. Chef Redus was the American Culinary Federation Las Vegas Junior Member in 2001 and has won several Gold and Silver medals at ACF competitions. She enjoys being active in her community and volunteers often. Chef Redus teaches Introduction to Garde Manger.
