Lawrence Watson, Chef Instructor
Chef Watson received training at the Culinary Institute of America where he earned an Associate of Occupational Science degree. As a world traveler, he has gained an appreciation for and knowledge of the diverse culinary cultures of the European, Asian and North American continents. As a long-time employee of the Neiman Marcus Group, he held positions as Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Control Manager, in addition to managing several start-up teams. Chef Watson currently shares his passion for travel and culinary arts teaching Principles of European and Asian Cuisines.
