Miguel Rosales, Chef Instructor

Miguel RosalesIt was while attending a magnet school focused on culinary arts that the dream of becoming a pastry chef was born in Chef Rosales. Inspired by this experience, he decided to further his education by attending Johnson and Wales University, where he majored in Baking and Pastry Arts. After graduating, Chef Rosales returned to his home town of Las Vegas, where he found work at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino, followed by the Aladdin and then Riviera hotels. He was then given the exciting opportunity to work under the well-known Pastry Chef, Jean-Claude Canestrier, at the Paris Hotel and Casino. Chef Rosales teaches Introduction to Baking and Pastry.
